By accessing or using the RevBay Diagnostic Systems AI Vehicle Diagnostic App ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
These Terms apply to all users, including automotive shops, mobile mechanics, dealerships, and any customers interacting with the diagnostic tool.
2. Description of Service
RevBay Diagnostic Systems provides:
- AI-powered vehicle symptom analysis
- Lead capture and CRM integration
- Automated follow-up workflows
- Customer-friendly diagnostic reports
- Tools for booking, communication, and service recommendations
The App is delivered through the GoHighLevel Marketplace and requires an active GoHighLevel account.
3. No Professional Mechanical Advice
The AI diagnostic output is informational only and is not a substitute for professional mechanical inspection or repair.
RevBay Diagnostic Systems does not guarantee:
- Accuracy of AI predictions
- Completeness of diagnostic results
- Suitability for any specific repair decision
Shops and users are solely responsible for verifying findings before performing any service.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree not to:
- Misuse the App
- Enter false or misleading vehicle information
- Use the App for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the App’s functionality
- Share access credentials with unauthorized users
You are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in your region.
5. Data Collection & Privacy
The App may collect:
- Vehicle symptoms
- Customer contact information
- Diagnostic results
- Usage analytics
- Shop-level configuration data
All data is processed according to our Privacy Policy located at:

You are responsible for obtaining any required customer consent before submitting their information.
6. Lead Capture & Communications
By using the App, you acknowledge that:
- Leads generated are stored in your GoHighLevel CRM
- Automated SMS/email workflows may trigger based on your settings
- You are responsible for compliance with TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and other communication laws
RevBay Diagnostic Systems is not liable for misuse of communication tools.
7. Subscription, Billing & Marketplace Purchases
If you purchase the App through the GoHighLevel Marketplace:
- Billing is managed by GoHighLevel
- Refunds follow GoHighLevel’s policies
- Access continues as long as your subscription remains active
RevBay Diagnostic Systems does not process payments directly.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, AI prompts, workflows, and system logic are the exclusive property of RevBay Diagnostic Systems.
You may not:
- Copy
- Resell
- Distribute
- Modify
- White-label
any part of the App without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
RevBay Diagnostic Systems is not liable for:
- Incorrect or incomplete AI diagnostic results
- Loss of revenue or business
- Damages arising from reliance on AI output
- Errors caused by user input or third-party integrations
- Downtime or service interruptions
Use of the App is at your own risk.
10. Availability & Modifications
We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.
We may also update these Terms, and continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for:
- Violations of these Terms
- Abuse of the system
- Fraudulent activity
- Non-payment (via Marketplace)
Upon termination, all rights granted to you cease immediately.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
